  • Modo

    40 or so postures that combine therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room. Each Modo class is cardiovascular and strengthens, loosens and tones muscles. Heat allows for deep, safe stretching and detoxifies the skin, blood and muscles.

  • Modo Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. We recommend taking a few Modo classes before trying this one.

  • Freestyle Flow

    A challenging cardiovascular practice that integrates breath, movement, strength, flexibility and balance. This class incorporates some powerful postures and is rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing. Students are encouraged to feel comfortable with the Modo Flow sequence before taking the Freestyle Flow. With music.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints, muscles and the nervous system. Great for tight bodies and busy minds.

  • 3×3

    A challenging and fun class based off the original Modo series. This sequence combines 3 poses followed by 3 vinyasa flows – the perfect combination of longer holds paired with cardiovascular movements.

  • Yin & Meditation

    Class starts with long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles (with music). The last 15 minutes are reserved for a guided meditation, building focusĀ and exploring different techniques to develop concentration. Great for tight bodies and busy minds.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Modo class. All proceeds support awesome local charities.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Modo class led by an inspiring, new teacher-in-training.

  • Modo with music

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence linked with breath set to great music.

  • Modo Flow With Music

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. Set to the teacher’s music.

  • Modo with live music

    A Modo class accompanied by live music. As awesome as it sounds.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
