What You’ll Need

If you are new to hot yoga we hope you’ll find the following information helpful.

What to bring…

Bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. We offer filtered water stations to refill your favourite containers. Bring another towel if you plan to shower after yoga class. Yoga mats, yoga towels and shower towels are available to rent, $2 each. All of our mats and towels are disinfected and washed after each use.

What to wear…

Wear clothing that you feel comfortable in. Keep in mind the room is heated so you will sweat! Bring a dry set of clothes to change into after your yoga class. We have showers, complimentary environmentally-friendly soap and hair dryers.

What to eat & drink…

Come to class on a semi-empty stomach and well hydrated. Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to your class. Stay hydrated – drink water before, during and after your hot yoga class.

Arrive early…

Come to class 15-20 minutes early, give yourself time to change and relax. Sorry, late-comers are not permitted. If you’re rushing through traffic practice inhaling in for 3 counts, exhaling for 4 counts – that seems to help!
